The Northern Studios and the Church Street production village are both about a fifteen-minute walk from the house — close enough that crew can leave the vehicles parked for the run of a shoot. As contractor accommodation, the house is also a regular base for teams working on developments around the Marina.
What’s different
Reduced rates for longer bookings. The nightly rate comes down the longer you stay — tell us the length and we’ll quote.
Invoicing rather than card at checkout. Useful if the booking goes through a finance department rather than a personal card.
A named contact, not a booking form. You deal with us directly, and we answer — as a workforce accommodation booking, that matters more than a chatbot.
Sleeps six. Two double bedrooms, one en-suite, and a twin. Our listings on Booking.com and Airbnb are capped at four guests, so if you need five or six, book with us directly and we’ll set it up for all six.
Weekly cleaning on stays over a week. Fresh linen and towels, so a month here doesn’t turn into camping.
Our company has stayed at Stephen’s accommodation a few times and could not fault it. Stephen is very responsive and accommodation was a perfect location. Will definitely book again!

How we let it
No parties or events. We prefer midweek and longer stays, with a minimum stay at weekends. The house sits among neighbours, and quiet occupancy is the reason we can offer the whole property rather than a serviced room.
