About the house
A whole three-bedroom townhouse on the south side of Hartlepool Marina, over three floors, sleeping up to six. A self-catering holiday home — not a room in someone else’s house, and not a serviced apartment — the entire place, with its own front door.
Ground floor
Kitchen and dining room, fully fitted — oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and proper kitchenware. The table seats six, which matters more than it sounds when a crew wants to eat together after a shift. Cloakroom and toilet alongside.
The dining area opens onto a front patio — secluded behind shrubs and a wall, but looking out over the parking beyond. Somewhere to sit out on a summer evening without being on display.
First floor
The lounge, with a smart TV, audio system and two sofas. Doors open onto a balcony looking over trees, gardens and the marina beyond — the spot guests mention most often, and the reason to be here rather than on a ring road.

Top floor
Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite wet room — mains pressure shower, no bath, and hot water that doesn’t run out when three people want one before seven. The main bathroom is alongside, with a bath and a shower. Wardrobes and storage enough for a long stay rather than a weekend, which matters if you’re here for a month and living out of the drawers rather than a bag.
Sleeps six. Two bathrooms and a ground-floor cloakroom. Fast WiFi at 56–72 Mbps throughout, and one free reserved parking space with more parking in front. Good to know →
